Message	One of my parents friends is an EE major, he works for the city doing electrical work, street lighting etc, but Most of his spare time is spent tearing apart cars and working on mechanical related things. I've also met a lot of people who majored in one, and work in the other. To a certain degree, an engineer is an engineer. Same math/science/problem solving background. I really am interested in both though. And yoru right it is a good idea to mix it up. I was a little worried If I go to school for EE, I wont be able to tear my motor apart one day, but I'm sure I can figure it out. I will probally take some tech electives in the ME major, or even look into a minor.
